Mindset Prep
Ready to boost your self-confidence? Whether you’re prepping for an audition, a competition/performance, or working towards goals, this 60-minute virtual session is designed to optimize your skills and training through mindset prep and coaching.
Group Workshops
Help your dancers build a healthy mindset and be their best selves! My mindset group workshops are entirely customized to your dancers’ needs. Popular topics include growth mindset, cultivating confidence, skills for performance anxiety, goal setting, navigating negative self-talk, and building mental strength.
Coaching Package
Through six one-on-one virtual sessions, you'll learn and practice skills to help you calm your mind & body, cultivate self-confidence, and create mental strength.
